Tasks

Independent management and strategic development of your exciting client portfolio

Responsibility for managing and implementing communication projects and campaigns in close collaboration with the overarching social media strategy of our clients

Leadership, oversight, and quality assurance of the entire content production process: from concept development to filming and production, all the way through post-production and successful publication

Advising clients on tailor-made social media strategies and cross-channel campaign solutions

Close market and target group analysis, along with continuous trend monitoring, to strategically expand and develop the accounts

Interface between clients, creative teams, agency partners, and suppliers, as well as mentoring and providing professional support to colleagues

Qualification

Completed education in marketing communication or a comparable degree (university/college), as well as at least 5 years of experience in a marketing agency or in the field of communication & media

Extensive experience in leading content marketing projects and social media campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of current trends and the ability to translate them into innovative, promising campaigns

Strong analytical skills for evaluating social media metrics and deriving strategic actions

High degree of independence, ownership, and decisiveness, confident in presentations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills in German

Proficient in using common project management and collaboration tools (such as Google Docs, Figma, Notion, or similar tools)

Team player with strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuously driving innovation
