We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer who can quickly, precisely, and independently translate creative concepts into captivating visual digital stories. This is a senior role in an agency environment. That means a fast pace, unpredictability, and the expectation that you'll take the lead, not just follow.
The Role
Your day-to-day involves the visual execution of concepts. You'll take a strategic brief or creative directive and execute it across platforms with clarity and craft. Animation is part of your natural toolkit – it's not an add-on skill. You understand why something should move, not just how to make it move.
You'll work closely with creative, brand, and strategy experts to ensure design decisions are based on an understanding of the channels, not just aesthetics. You know the difference between content that works and advertising that just looks good.
What this looks like day-to-day
Translating concepts into visual content. Creating static and animated assets that are platform-appropriate and strategy-aligned. Collaborating with creative storytellers and strategy experts from brief to delivery. Contributing to how AI tools are integrated into the team's creative workflow. Acting quickly without compromising quality. Knowing when to push back and when to execute.
