As Switzerland's leading independent content agency, Andy Was Right has combined all disciplines related to digital stories under one roof since its founding in 2019. Our creative team of more than 25 Andys lives and loves (social) storytelling and trends. We're looking for you now.

We'll get you started in the agency world and give you an insight into our world for 6 months as a traineeship — and, of course, with the chance of permanent employment.

Tasks

You create engaging digital content for national and international brands.

You design content formats, analyze them, and then further develop them.

You react to relevant news and current events, skillfully incorporating them into the content world of our clients.

You manage communities on social media platforms as if you've never done anything else.

Occasionally, you're happy to appear in front of the camera for original formats.

You contribute to brainstorming sessions and trend research.

Qualification

You understand how Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms work.

You know how to engage and present a brand appropriately on the respective platforms.

You have some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

You quickly learn digital tools and software solutions.

Your German is impeccable, both spoken and written.

You are also fluent in English.
