"Mut heisst machen" ("Courage means doing") was not just a slogan for Allianz Suisse, but a promise.
For years, we have been executing video and content projects for Allianz, ranging from employer branding to Christmas greetings. When courage is required, we’re the right team for the job.
In employer branding, we've consistently demonstrated how to highlight employees in the best light. Our videos showcase Allianz employees’ diverse stories in a genuine and relatable way, without feeling forced. For the first COVID-19 Christmas in winter 2020/2021, we produced a humorous video featuring comedian Manuel Burkart from Divertimento, with the theme #alleuntereinembaum ("All under one tree").
We pushed boundaries further with the series “Ready fürs Leben” ("Ready for Life"), featuring drag queen Milky Diamond, as well as the “Mut heisst machen” portrait series. In these, we followed individuals who, despite facing expectations and prejudices, defy stereotypes. Our camera followed Steffi Buchli (editor-in-chief and mother), Abassia Rahmani (bladerunner), Hendrik Rogner (male midwife), and former professional footballer Tranquillo Barnetta. The video with Barnetta, in which he discusses his transition from professional footballer to stay-at-home dad, went viral, attracting widespread media attention—from sports outlets to Blick and SRF. Together with Allianz Suisse, we have the courage to tell stories that truly resonate and move people.
